City of Calgary 2010 Mobile Skate Parks

Bring out your skateboards or in-line skates to one of Calgary's mobile temporary skate parks this summer. The City of Calgary in partnership with Community Associations will be operating the temporary mobile skateparks at multiple locations across the city. Qualified staff supervision is provided by The City of Calgary. Helmets and signed waivers are required for all participants. Parent/guardian signatures are required for participants under 18 years. Waivers can be found on the website or at a mobile skatepark location.

There is no age limit.

Each park has a combination of roll-ins, fun-boxes with rails, pyramids with rails, grind-boxes, quarter-pipes, wall rides and half pipes. (Half pipes are at month-long Skate Parks only.)

Special Events!

Mission's OGG Tour

This is a community based event series that includes a skateboard competition, a DJ, rock climbing wall, professional skateboard demonstrations and cool prizes from Calgary's own Mission Skateboard Shop. To ride ramps, a signed waiver is required.

The top 3 riders from each event will be invited to the final event on August 20th at Shaw Millennium Park.
