Sikome Lake
Sikome Lake is a definate must family fun destination for the summer. It is a manmade lake located in Fish Creek Park in the south part of Calgary. It is essentially a huge outdoor pool with a sandy bottom and a beach. There are change rooms, playgrounds and concession stands. Bring your inflatable mattress and enjoy some wading, swimming and beach play!
Rafting
While not necessarily a water park, rafting is a great water fun activity. Calgary has 2 great rivers, and rafting down them is one of the best things about summer in the city. Our rafting page will give you some information, tips and guidelines. Please exercise caution on the rivers!
