All those parents who live in the NW can finally breathe a sigh of relief, a new indoor play place has finally opened in NW Calgary! TommyKPlay is well-known and loved by tons of families in the deep southeast and now families on the other side of the river can enjoy their new location in Beacon Hill.
The mega indoor climbing structure has oodles of tunnels, climbers and slides to keep bigger kids busy. The Time Freak Warp game was the highlight of my children’s visit. They spent most of their time running around trying to hit buttons that lit up. I never quite figured out the rules of the game but my son insisted he won each time. 
Both my kids loved playing basketball on the bouncy trampoline which had basketball hoops and soft balls for tossing in the nets.
The facility was ideal for my six year old who was old enough and big enough to use all that TommyKPlay has to offer.
The toddler area is perfect for crawlers and early walkers with some toys and a small slide.
My almost-three year old enjoyed the toddler area for a few minutes but she is a little more adventurous and opted to spend most of her time on the bigger structure going up and down the slides. She was a little too small to get up and down parts of the big climbing structure and needed help from older kids and her brother getting around it.
Overall my kids enjoyed it and I loved the ample seating where I could sit and watch my kids play and as a finicky coffee drinker, I can vouch the coffee was great.
In addition to the main attractions in the play place, there is a Laser Tag game and Climbing Wall which are both open on the weekends and are at an additional cost to enjoy.
